Room lacked heating. The uphill location presented challenges, requiring acclimatization to the high altitude. Wi-Fi was unreliable at times, and one morning we experienced a water outage. Unlikely to pay with credit cards here, which can be frustrating if you're caught off guard without enough cash.

Oh dear, this place could have been wonderful, but black mold in the bathroom certainly cast a shadow over my stay. Not to mention the painfully cold nights, what a lovely touch that was! I really expected a complimentary upgrade given all my troubles, but alas! Just couldn't bring myself to give a good review.
